The short version: this website collects almost nothing. There are no accounts, no advertising trackers, and we set no cookies. The only thing you can submit is the contact form, and it goes straight to our inbox.
1. What we collect on this Site
- The contact form — if you use it, we receive what you submit (your name if given, your email, the reason you selected, and your message). It is delivered to our inbox through our email provider and used only to respond to you and keep the correspondence. Messages about device or licence support are routed to [email protected]; everything else to [email protected].
- Email you choose to send — same as above: address and contents, used only to reply.
- Standard server logs — our hosting provider records basic request data (IP address, time, requested page) to serve and secure the Site, as every host does.
2. Fonts
The Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser therefore requests files from Google's servers, which sees your IP address as part of serving them. Google's own privacy policy governs that processing.
3. Email
Outbound mail from Corterion (for example, replies from [email protected]) is delivered through our email provider. Your address is used to correspond with you — never sold, never added to a marketing list without your explicit consent.
4. Clinical data is a separate world
Data handled by Calibra in clinics — patient records, scalp imagery, measurements — never touches this website. It is governed by the agreements between Corterion and each clinic and by applicable law, with storage in India. This policy covers corterion.com only.
5. Your rights
Under applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond.
6. Changes
If the Site ever starts collecting more than described here (for example, a real waitlist form or analytics), this policy will be updated first, and the "last updated" date will change.
